Sophocles' 'Electra' by @CompanyofTen

Today we talked to Jo and Deborah to the Company of Ten about their new play, Sophocles' 'Electra', first performed 410BCE.  It tells the story of Electra, who is awaiting her brother's return from exile, after her mother has killed her father, who in turn killed her sister.    Ending in the brutal murders of her mother and her mother's lover and exploring themes about retributive justice and moral right, this is one of Sophocles' finest and most timeless works.
