The Radio Verulam Film Guide: 12th February 2016

Simon - who was once Britain's No.4 male tennis player behind Tim Henman, Greg Rusedski, and the concept of misery - was in the studio today and the show went without a hitch. We were totally taken by surprise, but Simon was a professional throughout and even made some cinematic observations that bordered on being coherent. Simon shook Danny, Chris and Tamara's hands before he left, and set off into the sunset.

It was only after he had gone that Danny realised that Simon had left his iPad on the desk. Simon, who next week will be receiving his birthday card from the Queen, is a little forgetful, and as such has written his password on the back of his iPad. Danny just could not resist having a peak at the contents. Big mistake. The contents of Simon's iPad meant that Danny was still screaming when the paramedics loaded him into the back of the ambulance.

Ok, that was a lie, but Simon was in the studio to talk about the UK box office, new releases in the cinema, and his pick of films on TV for the coming week.
