A walk for World Mental Health day with Tracy Marshall @sharnt

Tracey Marshall from Hertfordshire MIND was our guest in the studio today, discussing the walk for wellbeing on Saturday the 10th of October in celebration of world mental health day, as well as helping Danny to achieve mental wellbeing with discussion of 'the five steps' to make the mind more comfortable.


World Mental Health day is coming up Saturday the 10th of October, and the Wellbeing Walk is between 1:30 and 3:30pm at Highfield Park (behind Charters Health Club) AL4 0DB.
