The Radio Verulam Film Guide: 13th February 2015

Young Honor was not in the studio tonight, and as such things fell apart a little. Chris is used to Honor entertaining him with videos of cats falling off things from various heights. As she wasn't there, Chris' productivity went from 'lazy' to 'non-existent'. Chris failed to do any traffic news throughout the show and was entirely unaware that Simon was banging on the studio door, trying to get in. Simon doesn't know how to use the door at the studio, because when he was born the caves people lived in didn't have doors, and as such has never learnt to use one.

Simon not being in led to Danny having to ad lib the entire show. Danny, who normally presents the show from a script, ended up accidentally accusing the former Education Secretary Charles Clarke of also being former Westlife singer Kian Egan (because he had 'never seen them in the same room'). Both are considering legal action.

Ok, that was a lie, but Simon was in (and Honor wasn't) to talk about the UK box office, the new releases in the cinema, and his pick of films on TV for the coming week.
