The Radio Verulam Film Guide: 10th October 2014

Danny Smith was back in the studio tonight, although not in the same chair. This is because last week it was used by the Radio Verulam Casanova, Alex McKay, and there were some suspect stains on it, so the decision was made to burn it. Simon was back in his usual seat, still not having quite recovered from the night of revelry last Friday. There was a point on Friday that Simon seemed to disappear, but this was not an unusual occurrence, what with Simon's history with both the police and much of St Albans' lady folk, but this was a bit different. Firstly, he left all his clothes behind, bar one shoe and his special pair of fluffy handcuffs. Secondly, he completely paid for his round of drinks, which made the rest of the gang suspicious as Simon normally ducks out before he has to pay for anything. Simon doesn't seem to remember the rest of the evening however, so it will just have to be added to our book called 'Simon's Nights He Cannot Remember'. It's now 1034 pages long.

Ok, that was a lie, but Simon was in the studio to talk about the UK box office, the new releases in the cinema and the best films on TV for the coming week.
