Chris' Film Club: Miller's Crossing

The final film to enter our illustrious film club this week is the Coen Brother's brilliant gangster film, Miller's Crossing. Gabriel Byrne plays an Irish mob enforcer who is having an affair with his boss' lover, while their gang gets involved in a turf war with an Italian mob.

The Coen's are masters at balancing the light and the dark in their films, and Miller's Crossing is often as funny as it is violent, and it features great supporting turns from Albert Finney, Marcia Gay Harden and John Turturro.
