Elizabeth Crampton comes in to advise on consumer matters

Today our consumer advice correspondent Elizabeth Crampton came into the studio to talk about making a will, children's safety online and switching bank accounts.
30 million people in Briton today have not made wills, however making a will can be very important as it ensures that your estate goes to the people that you want it to go to!
Many solicitor's are offering to draw up wills for free if, in return a donation to charity is made. You can find more information on this at:

Some tips for keeping your kids safe online:
Making sure the children understand the risks of sharing information on the internet.
Having strong passwords.
Keeping up to date with security settings,
and protecting your money!

Lastly to switching bank accounts:
Did you know that only 3% of people in the U.K switch their bank account every year?
A new switching system has come into play meaning that one can move banks accounts in just one week. All you have to do is inform your new bank, fill out the necessary forms and your account should be moved smoothly within 7 days.
