Chris' Film Club: Toy Story & A chance to win a pair of tickets to see Private Peaceful (12A) at the Alban Arena

Toy Story was released today in 1995, the first feature length computer animated film.  A little boy named Andy has his favourite toy, Woody, who comes alive when Andy isn’t around. But the status quo is disrupted when a cool new toy arrives on the scene.  It spawned two superior sequels but broke the mould with its' innovative techniques and stormed the box office, pleasing critics and audiences alike.  The toy voices are provided by a stellar cast including Tom Hanks, Tim 'Galaxy Quest' Allen, Don Rickles,Jim Varney, Wallace Shawn and John Ratzenberger aka Cliff from Cheers as Hamm.  Pixar rewarded his efforts by employing him in every one of their subsequent films including A Bug's Life, Monsters Inc and Ratatouille.

Thanks to our friends at the Alban Arena we have a pair of tickets to see the film Private Peaceful (12A) on Wednesday 28th November 2012 at either 1.30pm or 7.30pm.  If you would like to win the tickets, click here.

Set in the fields of Devon and the WW1 battlefields of Flanders, two brothers fall for the same girl while contending with the pressures of their feudal family life, the war, and the price of courage and cowardice.
