Barry Hilliard from St Albans City FC Supporters Trust

Today we welcomed Barry Hilliard from the supporters Club Trust.  The Saints are doing reasonably well in the league, currently sixth out of 23 - having played 11 games, winning 6, drawing 3 and losing 2.  Barry is optimistic about upcoming fixtures which are mainly composed of lower half teams.  They entertain AFC Totton this coming Saturday, who got to the play-offs last season but are struggling to find form in this one.  Tuesday sees another fixture in the midland town of Redditch and another fixture to surely clock up the miles sees a journey down to Bideford, North Devon.

St Albans City FC play at Clarence Park which has a capacity of 4500-5000 with Hemel Hempstead being a local rival.  If St Albans keep to form they could see themselves in a play-off situation themselves with promotion to the Conference South league.
