Today we had the very talented Barry Palmer and David Duncan on the show
Worcestershire born singer/songwriter Barry Palmer, is one of contemporary music’s best kept secrets! He provided all of the vocals for the 1974 hit The Bump by Kenny but his own music couldn't be more distant from the 70s glam-rock style of Kenny.
Barry Palmer and David Duncan (Barry's writing partner) performed two acoustic songs for us "Here to stay" and "Forbidden Fruit" both from his new album “Night Thoughts” released on the 17th September.
You can purchase “Night Thoughts” from http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/ASIN/B0083C35GI

Am I allowed to comment if I'm Barry Palmer?? Oh, what the hell! Dave Duncan and I had a great time with Danny and Fran and have to disagree with my old friend Rod Argent; Danny is a funny guy, so there!
ReplyDeleteThank you Danny, see you next time, all good wishes, Barry

DeleteI have been a huge fan of Barry Palmer's since I first heard him sing with Mike Oldfield! This album is fabulous and Barry's voice only gets better and better! All the tracks are great!:)
