Insomnia Arts Production feature with Jess Distill

Local bohemian Jess Distill was our guest on the Drive Time Show today, she came into the studio chat to us about one of her many projects she is a part of. The  Insomnia Arts Inclusive Theatre is a company that recently came into fruition since gaining funding from the O2 "Think Big Scheme".

The company successfully put on a local production of "Fame" at the Sandridge Theatre in Marshalswick, which is also the location of the auditions which they hope will bring in more musicians, actors, artists and anyone interested in working in theatre. Anyone can get involved, the only restriction is applicants have to of 18 years or older. The only other requirement is PASSION. For more details click on the following link:

She's always a member of popular local folk trio Said The Maiden. They recently played at the Bakewell Music Festival and are working hard on producing their debut EP. We look forward to hearing more from Insomnia Arts, Jess and Said The Maiden in September.
