RSPB Heron Watch at Verulamium Park

On Thursday's show Danny spoke to Stephanie Morren from RSPB Heron Watch which is currently going on in Verulamium Park. Visitors to the park can find out more about the Herons who return to Verulamium lake to nest every year. The RSPB have been in the park since Feburary and are there five days every week watching all the activity.

If you visit the RSPB green trailer by the lake you can use their telescopes to see the birds up close in their natural habitat and find out more about other wildlife that lives in the park. Stephanie says it is a great opportunity even for regulars to the park to learn something new.

They will be open from 10am until 4pm this Easter weekend until Sunday then they will reopen next week on Wednesday.
